We cannot accept returns on any of our merchandise due to the nature of our products.

Domestic Shipping Exceptions: PO Boxes and APO/FPO will be shipped United States Postal Service. In addition, any orders under one and a half pounds will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All shipping and handling costs within the United States are calculated with your order upon check out.

It is our policy to expedite your order in an efficient and timely fashion. Estimated shipping time is 4 to 7 business days for items we have in stock. After we ship your products, the delivery time will vary according to which state you live in. You will be sent an order confirmation to the email address you provide in the check out form. International Orders: Will be shipped the most expedient and cost effective way for your country. Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping charges. For International orders, send us an email with quantity and address and we will send you a shipping quote before you place your order. Estimated shipping time for items we have in stock is 4 to 7 business days from the day you place your order. After we ship your products, the delivery time will vary according to the country being shipped to and provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. EMA PADS will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. If you wish to be notified of additional shipping costs before we process your order, please let us know by making a note of this in the comments section during check out.

EMA PADS will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
