Long ago, while visiting with a friend of mine who just had a baby, I was advised by her to start using pads on a daily basis, all through the month. I took her advice to heart (not knowing then that the advice was really for women after pregnancy) and have been using pads ever since. Very quickly I got used to having this extra protection, which helped me stay clean all throughout the busy day, and I loved it. There was an evolution in that process: First, I used just pure cotton, then came the cotton balls, then the synthetic cotton, then tampons, onto commercial pads and last, the cotton cloth pads. I have been through lots of companies trying different brands to see which one would suit me the best. I noticed that some products would create rushes and some would be creating unpleasant odor, etc. Therefore, I started researching the market for an all-natural organic product, which will be a reusable solution for women's feminine needs. I was not pleased with what I found- too bulky- and since I like to have plenty in my cabinet, it would have been too expensive. This inspired me to create my own cloth pad. I have been personally using these pads for over five years now and am very pleased with them. After retiring from many years of operating a very successful hair salon, where many of my clients became my friends, I was encouraged by them to share my creations with others because I felt that other women would enjoy them just as much as I did.
